From breakfast to the last drink, the mood evolves, promising unforgettable moments. Soon, a brunch offer will even run every Sunday until 3.30pm. Chef Stacy William and Jean-Marie Viviès, executive chef of the Grape Hospitality group, put together a menu highlighting South-West specialities with a Californian twist. And for seafood lovers, the oyster bar offers products freshly harvested from the Bassin!
