Created in 2005 by botanist Patrick Blanc, this green wall relies on a vertical plant structure set within an urban design carefully rethought by landscape designer Michel Desvigne. It stretches over about 100 metres in length (400 sq m), covering two sides of the square that meet in a welcoming circular alcove.
