A beautiful spot

Right in the heart of Saint-Michel, we discovered this spot with curiosity and, I must admit, some greediness. A sober but trendy decor in warm tones easily catches the eye. Once you step in, you are transported to the islands. You almost expect to feel sand under your feet 🙂

The place is small, cute, and a few details here and there complete an atmosphere that makes you want to sit down.

A responsible, delicious and healthy cuisine

All ingredients are tracked and come from virtuous supply chains. Recipes are offered and you build the rest yourself…: quinoa & bulgur, chicken, guacamole, carrot, cucumber, red cabbage, mango, fried onions, peanuts, vinegared rice, salmon, cream cheese, edamame, red cabbage… It is a real craving frenzy building your own poke or letting yourself be tempted by one of the recipes POKA CABANA offers…

We picked. For her, it will be the LOFOTEN = vinegared rice, salmon, cream cheese, edamame, red cabbage, cucumber, carrot, fried onions, pumpkin seeds, soy sauce. YUMMYYUMMY

And for me, the TICLA = organic quinoa & bulgur, free-range chicken, homemade guacamole, organic carrot, organic cucumber, organic red cabbage, organic mango, organic fried onions, organic peanuts and spicy peanut sauce (spicy: peanuts, chilli).

It is fresh, tasty, indulgent… And, as they say: crunchy!

Prices are affordable, the compositions original and indulgent. Yum!

And the welcome in all this?

Top-notch! We were welcomed, guided through our choices, and barely waited… A flawless score for us, on top of a great time. At POKA CABANA, the smile is in the plate and also in the welcome! Well done, team!

To sum up this experience at POKA CABANA, we loved it and honestly had a great time. Bowls, we have tested our share, and you often think everything has been done, but this proves us wrong! POKA CABANA surprised us. It is an original concept, an atmosphere and singular, indulgent and delicious compositions. We cannot wait to go back!
