BORDEAUX CONFIDENTIEL

Today I offer you much more than a restaurant test: a real invitation to travel and discovery.

In the Saint-Pierre district in Bordeaux, NORA is a pearl with an Asian gleam carried by a duo (Jean-Philippe and Cyril), who, through their many trips to Thailand, came back wanting to share their passion for these flavours, these traditional preparations and these well-kept culinary secrets.

First, let me tell you about the setting where you are welcomed… Intimate, hushed, the light is soft, the room is pleasantly arranged lengthwise, and that vault of dressed stone typical of Bordeaux cellars completes this crafted and endearing decor.

The welcome? I really want to tell you there is nothing better, but I will not. Your hosts for the evening are here for you, sharing their wish to please you and telling you how they had the idea of opening a restaurant like NORA. They will probably talk about NORA herself with affection… otherwise, ask them.

On the food side, you are offered an authentic, indulgent menu. The flavours, aromas and plating are incredible. Feast for the eyes and the taste buds. The chef is top-tier, I am telling you!

NORA carried us away for a magnificent evening. We will happily come back for the food and to see these very endearing hosts again.

Thanks Jean-Philippe, thanks Cyril for this excellent moment.
