Time for me to have you discover one of my little sins: pastry.
Discovery yes, but not with just any shop...
By dint of feeding my sweet tooth, I've become taste-wise rather sharp. So I had to share "THE" address with you.
After miles (because the pleasure of a tasting can sometimes make you go miles) I finally found THE gem last Sunday: MI CIELO(« My Sky » or « My Darling » in Mexican).
This sweet tasting temple, open since May 2016, sits along the boulevards close to the Barrière du Médoc in Le Bouscat.
At MICIELO PÂTISSERIE EVERYTHING is homemade with local, seasonal products, no coloring or chemical additives in the tiny lab you glimpse behind the counter.
No big quantities, some pieces are even limited to 10 a day and no big pieces (only on order).

Craving a sweet break, you can also enjoy your pastry on site with a tea or a good Mexican coffee.
Note that Diego, the chef, also prepares savory options to eat in or take away at lunch.
