Let me introduce this amazing guesthouse.
Le Clos des Queyries is first the story of its owners, Sylvie, Sébastien and Thomas. They fell in love with this old building a few years ago, its walls, its mysterious history (with fragments still missing), and decided to give it another life by showcasing all its charming offerings.
Le Clos des Queyries mirrors its owners, endearing, passionate... You must listen to the 1000 lives of this building told by Sébastien. Sébastien, who beyond storytelling talents, showcased this place by giving it new youth with major work, master storyteller and architectural master of the place... For decor, Sylvie and her keen eye handle it, and boom! Really beautiful... Very beautiful... I had a soft spot for the Dijeaux room and its Contemporary-Safari, modern vibe. It skillfully marries chosen furniture with all kinds of objects, all blending with an endearing elegance and refinement.
Le Clos des Queyries eventually has 5 suites with all different vibes, we especially loved the level of attention and details given to each room, each atmosphere.
Anyway, we can't wait to stay in the so-called New York loft room by this spring, as the park invites rest and relaxation.
This former manor house is huge, beyond rooms, there's also a big seminar room. We already saw ourselves there for a vernissage or an end-of-year cocktail. This room easily fits 20 people and, again, everything is presented with taste and a vibe you want to stay in. So keep it in mind if you're looking for a place for seminars, work meetings or any event.
We spent a sharing moment with our hosts as we like them and had an excellent night.
Next morning, a table as I like waits for us. Fresh bread and pastries too. Jams are "homemade" (a killer!). Muesli whipped cream by Sébastien, just a perfect balance to start the day well.
Le Clos des Queyries is a character home whose owners knew how to bring that extra that makes us come back... From welcome to vibe, we wouldn't leave again!
