The platters he puts together are beautiful and honestly make you want to sit down at the table... Always smiling, François is one of those pros you can tell is passionate about their craft and what they offer. Listening to him tell us where each cheese came from was a whole adventure in itself.
The shop is beautiful with that little modern touch I like, and the wide selection gives me the feeling everyone finds what they came for.
