L'Avenue Carnot is not only an excellent restaurant near the Parc Bordelais, it is an institution. In the Caudéran district, L'Avenue Carnot has won people over with its setting, its cuisine and its welcome. L'Avenue Carnot is a cuisine, an encounter, we tell you everything!
just like home
L'Avenue Carnot is a beautiful bourgeois building in Caudéran housing a gastronomic restaurant. From your first steps inside, you will be won over by its warm atmosphere and refined decor. It is beautiful, understated and elegant. The tables are perfectly laid out and you can feel a real mastery of service and true hospitality, an attention that genuinely feels good.
Cathy, the owner of L'Avenue Carnot, runs the venue with Pascal, who is in charge of the kitchen. Cathy is passionate, and you feel it easily. She has a sincere attentiveness and a real desire to share a moment with you. Smiling and attentive, she watches over you throughout your meal.
A pretty terrace is also available for those long gatherings we all love to have around a glass.
The scene is set, now it is time to move on to the meal!
A CREATIVE CUISINE & AMAZING SIGNATURE DISHES!
L'Avenue Carnot offers you a creative, delicious cuisine and tasty signature dishes. Chef Pascal Chollet, at the helm of this refined cuisine, offers you a unique culinary experience and shares his passion for cooking in every plate.
After 25 years in the kitchens of Le Scopitone, a real Bordeaux institution on rue de la Vieille Tour, chef Pascal Chollet's talent and culinary mastery no longer need to be proven.
The signature dishes offered by the chef are striking, delicious and pull you into his culinary world: sweetbread with langoustines, duck magret in a crust, garlic-roasted pigeons stuffed with foie gras… The textures, the colours, the cooking… the cuisine is creative, delicious and inspiring.
Chef Pascal Chollet is a true artist!
We had the chance to meet him (his world is the kitchen, his refuge) and to chat with him. He is as generous in life as he is in his cooking. He shares his stories, his passion for cooking… It is a pleasure to listen to him, to laugh with him, and by meeting him you understand better the generosity that shines through his cuisine.
Do we go back?
A big yes! You come back for the cuisine, of course, but also to see Cathy and Pascal again, to spend a moment with them and to show them as much affection as they put love in their cooking.
