Titled "Mouille tes pattes", the first water center exclusively dedicated to dogs opened last June 9 in Mérignac, France. Founded by Laurence Pech, this innovative concept offers dogs a multitude of activities and care in a 180 m² space specially designed for them.
Swimming is recognized for its many benefits, including for our four-legged friends. Not only does it let them work off energy playfully, but it also helps relieve muscle and joint pain. At Mouille tes pattes, fun is at the heart of the experience, with a large heated pool, the main attraction.
Beyond swimming: the full services offered by Mouille tes pattes
But that's not all. Dogs can then head to the washing room, then the drying room, for a well-deserved grooming session. A "treat bar" then offers a range of tasty snacks to reward their hard work.
Beyond these services, Mouille tes pattes has an accessories shop where owners can find a range of items for the wellness and pleasure of their furry companions. A play area is also available for dogs to have fun and socialize with their peers.
Also, aware of the importance of dogs' physical wellness, the center also offers a dedicated gym. It's used for physiotherapy and osteopathy sessions, run by professional vets and osteopaths.
