Where does the name come from?
We dive into the 12th century to track down Genghis Khan (1155-1227), crowned "emperor of all emperors", who decided to conquer the world with his army of fierce Mongol riders. To feed his troops, they got into the habit of carrying minced meat, tucked under the saddle to tenderize it and easy to eat with one hand while riding… The ancestor of the hamburger was born!

Quality, choice and prices
The quality of the products is beyond reproach, so strong is Khaan Burger's follow-through and commitment to sustainable development.
The steaks come from 100% French fresh beef. Sourced from Limousin and Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the meat is excellent and the quality is there.
On the bun side, Khaan Burger picked a Label Rouge flour and bakes its bread with a vegan recipe (no milk, no egg). Baked with soy milk and sometimes paired with natural food colouring, the bun is truly killer (pardon the expression, but well… we are staying in the warrior mood, right?).
