It's breakfast time!

If you are looking for an English brunch, today I take you to discover BIG BEAN CANTEEN, or how to set your clock to British time right in Bordeaux! ??

Yes, because here it is about tasting a "so British" atmosphere! And so living a proper British brunch in due form, is it not? Nicely seated by Laurie and Clément, we happily discover this menu that promises a hearty, tasty brunch: eggs done your way, Cumberland sausages, bacon, toast, beans, pancakes, tea, coffee and even fish and chips… A whole gourmet arsenal to fill our cravings and satisfy our appetite.

So, a little room for dessert?.... Temptation is too strong and it will be 3 pancakes drizzled with maple syrup… But what pancakes! Big! Very big!

Yet impossible to finish… generous and delicious… The doggy-bag option is very welcome. That gave me a great 4pm snack.

In any case, Chef Clément is passionate and approachable. He tells you about his products, his choices, his standards.

No doubt we felt the gourmet eye of the expert. Yum yum!

So, for the Bordeaux Confidentiel team, if there is one place that carries you into a full British vibe, it is BIG BEAN CANTEEN. The English brunch in Bordeaux par excellence.

Alone, as a couple, in a group or with family, this place is a must for a delicious brunch.
