The Armagnac Sud district of the ZAC Saint Jean Belcier in Bordeaux is being turned into a new business hub for the metropolis. The project, called "Les Cîmes", consists of two separate buildings split by a wide tree-lined, planted alley, and will include offices and shops. The district should be delivered by 2025, with "Les Cîmes" planned for 2024.
The « Cimes » block marks the link between the Palombe footbridge and the future park.
